Stitch Markers!

I have this unhealthy obsession with making cute stitchmarkers, here is one set I made for my cousin for her birthday, she loves Jimmy Buffet, so I made her
Martini Stitch Markers!
And since I was doing a kitty toy swap, I wanted to add cat-themed stitchmarkers, and thought these would be a great use for some cat-themed beads.

Over the weekend I went to Massachusetts to visit my best friend, Psychadurmont (naturally not her real name) and I talked her into taking me to WEBS! I was told they had a sale room, this made me even more anxious to go and give them money. Turns out it's not just a room, it's a warehouse area that they open up, clearly label everything there, and you can put bags of pretty, pretty yarn into your basket. It was heaven! lol!

I'm back!

What I did this weekend . Every month there's a bjd(ball-jointed-doll) meetup(gathering) that I go to. It's fun, doesn't cost much to go to and gets me out of the damn house. It is pretty relaxed too, just us hanging out and bullshitting about the doll hobby and anything else. This time it was pretty small, about five or six of us, with about 20 dolls on display. I bought a pair of formal shoes for my larger boys for cheap, but no one bought my kimono, so I put it up for sale on Den of Angels.

When I noticed just how little I posted in livejournal, I figured I could use this more easily. I like the ease of changing the layout more. So hopefully I'll be posting more!

Made this lovely shawl for PsychaDurmont for x-mas out of lovely frog tree silk and cotton yarn. Pattern is "Sweat Pea Shawl" from Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller.

For goodness sake...this is just plan scary! Argh! Thanks go out to Bjd Boston Cult for the info on this little horror. For FUCK'S sake, the top picture has it wearing a diaper. ugh.

Leetle Piggie Eyessss! Or, Why, Dollmore, Why?
